Rubbish outside 278

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8364268.

280 constantly putting their unwanted furniture /rubbish outside 278 wall on pavement! Tried to make contact with residents and caretaker….. still continues to be done blocking pavement and not being cleared this isn’t a one off
