Request for Urgent Action: Rubbish Accumulation and Pest Issue

Rubbish has been accumulating in front of the building, attracting pests and encouraging others to leave their waste outside our flat. Please address this issue urgently and reinstate the rear rubbish bins to prevent further problems.
