I am a resident and I live on the ground floor and struggled to access communal garden because of these reasons. Hackney Council garden team have forgotten to cut grass.Hackney Council garden team cannot access communal grass area near back fire escape route or do required maintenance because the landlord has sectioned of part of the communal garden which is blocking residents fire escape route. Overgrown grass causing trip Hazard for elderly residence with motability issues. Resident should not be paying their ground maintenance fees due to not being able to use the communal ground area.

Hackney Council garden maintenance team cutting communal grass at 8am this morning. Garden team have forgot to cut section of grass Garden maintenance team required again. If someone could please investigate and do your job's properly much appreciated.

  • Please see below the response from the Grounds Maintenance Team -Hi I have asked for the housing officer for this to be removed to the perimeter of the land which is not the reasonability of Hackney Council Ground Maintenance to maintain.
