Missing bin lid

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8354937.

The green communal bin lid has been missing after it was burned out months ago. This is attracting rats, residents from other homes/estates dump their rubbish and we see people constantly rifling through our rubbish as well as the smell.
