A white van that is not from the area parked there, then 2 people came out and emptied the engine's oil on the floor then filled the engine with a new one and drove off. It was at around 1pm

  • Thank you for your report. This was forwarded to the cleansing team, who confirmed that the issue is on private land. As a result, we are unable to take any action. However, the matter has been passed on to Southern Housing, who manages the area.
