Overgrown shrubs

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8333909.

All of the planted area along the path, wall and by the front hasn’t been cut back in months. There’s abandoned rubbish tossed in there, and have seen rats living and running in there please can this be dealt with urgently. It’s over growing onto the path.
