Neighbours broken intercom ringing in night

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8323509.

There is a broken doorbell/intercom making a constant noise upstairs in a flat- 53 or 52 Southwold Road. This noise is disruptive late at night and is repetitive, buzzing below. Please can the owner be pushed to fix this issue and remove disturbance.
