Food wadte dumped in alleyway on Belfast Road

This morning a pile of rotten food waste was dumped on corner of alleyway. Meat, bread etc - like the contents of a kebab. Its only a matter of time before rodents appear. Location is adjacent to Springhill surgery which poses a hygeine risk in my opinion.
