Abandoned/stolen and damaged bicycles left in communal walkways and stair access areas of the building

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8314699.

Several abandoned or possibly stolen bicycles have been left throughout the building’s communal areas for weeks. There are 3 on lvl 5 and at least 1 on ground floor. All are in poor condition, unlocked, and unused. They obstruct the walkways.
