Possible abandoned vehicle outside 5 St Johns Church Road

This vehicle RO61 ELH was parked up late at night on the last August Bank Holiday Monday at 11pm and has not moved since. The driver was seen getting out of the vehicle and phoning for a taxi which duly came and carried him off.
