A refugee delivery carrier for deliveroo company was seen traveling in the opposite direction against the A12 dual carriageway on illegal ebike. Member of public was shouting at the deliveroo driver to get off the A12 worried for his own safety but did not listen or did not understand the language. Deliveroo driver was posing a risk to himself and other motorists traveling on the dual carriageway at 40mph. This spot of motorway is very known for accidents on wet days. Deliveroo driver clearly did not understand the British highway code or rules and regulations Because he would not be doing this crazy behavior.More cameras or fencing need to be put in to stop people or make people understand you cannot cycle on a dual carriageway in the opposite direction of oncoming traffic.
