Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8273643.

Given the current cycle lane arrangement, it is almost inevitable a small child will get hurt by a cyclist who ride down here at high speed, particularly at school drop off times. There needs to be some arrangement to prevent cyclists hitting pedestrians.
