Overflowing bin. No bin collection for over a week
Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8253872.
The bins weren't collected this week and therefore the bins are overflowing. This was reported last week but only partial collections have happened, leaving this bin completely untouched. Due to an animal, nappies and rotten food are all over the floor.
