Missing lock on gate to Alleyway by Barbrook house

The lock to this gate was removed by the scaffolder’s a while back and not replaced, The alleyway is being used by junkies . Please could someone clean it up and put a lock on to stop anyone going along there. It is by Barbrook house, and the playground.
