Chain removed from emergency access gate turning street into rat run

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8246440.

Someone has removed the chain and padlock from the emergency access gate which is turning the street into rat run from Marsh Hill to Kenworthy Road. Contractors removed the bespoke lock on the gate some time ago and never replaced it.
