Contact the landlord and police - homeless is using the area dealing with drugs etc. when it is dark and they are aggressive. It can nor be complicated, but fast track from you side.

  • Thank you for your report. This was forwarded to the cleansing team, who confirmed that the issue is on private land. As a result, we are unable to take any action. However, the matter has been referred to the Enforcement Team to look into and take the appropriate action. For any updates, you can contact them at enforcementsupport@hackney.gov.uk. We also completed the Street Link form for the rough sleeper. Please note that:

    - if you believe that they have occurred or are occurring, criminal activities need to be reported to the police
