Return of 5 people , anti social / crime suspicions

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8229354.

They ran off when the police arrived. The sirens alerted the group . Pls return but with NO sirens and to BOTH ends of the terrace as then they will be contained . Thank you

    The group has returned and will run away if they hear sirens. Please approach from both ends of Frederick terrace without sirens and address the large amount of rubbish and blocking of access. Thank you
