What is the mayor of Hackney doing about this inconvenience the cut through mare Street to Tesco's has been closed off causing elderly and vulnerable people have to walk the long way around who are very unwell and have mobility issues.Disabled access alleyway needs to be reopened ASAP. This is disgraceful vulnerable and elderly people.
