Lift breakdown for weeks/months

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8203991.

We have a single lift at Valley House & it's been breaking down over & over since the start of August (or maybe earlier?) We have babies & disabled people in the building who are badly affected. Repeatedly called. Need communication & a permanent fix ASAP!

Updates

  • The lift is broken again and the help line has not picked up in two days. Again, we have small children and disabled people in this building who rely on the lift and going up and down the stairs poses significant risk of harm.
