Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8198222.
Bins Outside 52 Pellerin Road not being stored in front garden, left on pavement, previously reported on Ref 8179455 and has been closed as complete when not. Could someone please talk to residents. Thank you

Bins still on pavement 2 months on, black bins overflowing with rubbish on pavements and brown garden waste bins being used for general waste. Can the residents please be spoken to.

Despite the enforcement action the bins remain out on the pavement( attached image) along with other rubbish, so basically the enforcement action has had no effect, once these bins become full again and start attracting vermin the cycle begins again!

The same problem remains, bins overflowing, rubbish on pavement, attracting vermin and blocking pavement, enforcement action obviously had no effect!

Issue continues - bin left on pavement - overflowing on 2/12/25 - 9 days until the next general waste collection! I also seen that this was raised by another person on job:8483615 and closed soon after. Can you please follow up as last email said there was a timeframe for managing agent to rectify this issue. It is a simple fix so why has it continued for so long - it is also attracting vermin (foxes) who pull the waste all over the place
