Have seen 2 rats around the bin area

Every week this bin area gets over loaded with rubbish. The rubbish bags are exposed so the foxes rip them open and cause food waste to be spread sometimes blocking the pathway. Yesterday, I spotted a rat and today I saw 2 of them. Sort it out!!
