Debris on grass by Exbury House

There is a massive amount of large debris in the grass, including metal fencing, broken glass, extremely rusted pipe, yellow vent pipe etc. The orange barriers were possibly meant to surround the tree but have fallen over. Lots of rubbish strewn around too
