Pavement is not levelled

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8131739.

Pavement has a gradient which provides discomfort especially to the people with a disability or have trouble walking.

Solution is to provide a level surface which is comfortable to walk on and that does not turn into a land fill site by the morning.
