Stanway court windows problem

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8114861.

I live in Stanway court more than 23 years many times they changed main gate main door and kitchen and bathroom they renewed 3-4 times but windows still same. very old winter time I can't heat whole house because windows not working properly.
