Stanway court tab water issue

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8114798.

We have been experiencing rusty and dirty water from our tabs. According to our measurement, the water is not drinkable. I already have contacted with the Thomas water service regarding the issue and they advised me to contact the council.
