Hackney Council need to cut, maintain dead bushes and remove these dead trees. There is no purpose to keep a dead Bush or dead tree in place.There is a infestation of large f****** rats running around due to resonant planting bushes and trees with no permission from Council.Lack of maintenance now there is a rat infestation vermin nesting in bushes. The resident is also storing a large blue barrel waste bin for household waste which is attracting the vermin/rats. This blue barrel waist compost bin needs to be removed environment health issues being caused. Resident is storing household waste food in the bin attracting rats to the neighborhood. Residence leaving raw food around for wildlife.Nigerian care worker in the area was screaming when she see one large rat running past her.she ran for her life and was praying,screaming at same time.These trees and bushes are becoming a environment health issue for residents if they were not there there will be no issue of reps and vermin nesting. Public land meant for public people to use.
