Missing bin

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8101144.

We have a missing bin in our block so we are just putting the bins on the floor. This means it is attracting rats and foxes which open the rubbish and make a mess. The bin men know about this but said it’s not their job to report. Please give us a bin!!!
