Unauthorized user of car park

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8060903.

The car park for Stanton Court is being used by someone who is not a resident of the block. It is the neighbour opposite and it appears he has cut the adjoining wall and put a gate in so he can access the car park, and also use the grounds as a shortcut.
