Water leak from pipe on the top floor

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8043526.

Water coming out from a pipe on the top floor. It reaches the floor and splatters the cars, bins, even people. The water also gets into the building and leaks from floor to floor. This can be dangerous with electrical appliances which reside inside it.
