They allow this criminal legal parking to take place. Hackney Council allowing residents to suffer antisocial behaviour.

Please be advised that parking contraventions need to be reported via phone call to 020 8356 8877 whilst the vehicles are parked up at the location in order for the enforcement officers to attend at the same time. When calling please ensure you have the vehicle's colour, make, model, registration number and the exact location to hand.
