Late night noise / Rubbish / Overflowing Bins

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8007093.

Bins consistently overflowing onto the street, Grove House bins on nursery side not being picked up. Lot's of late night noise, glass breaking, shouting, homelessness, drug use, etc.
