Overflowing rubbish . . .STILL & AGAIN !!!

Why is none of the rubbish being collected from Adelaide Court, E9 5RF ? The rubbish has not been collected for WEEKS and is now overflowing into the walk ways. There are rats and mice at night around all of this rubbish. This is not acceptable !!!!
