Hackney Council can you please address this issue in local public park. The issue is some genius or clever person has put a public rubbish pin right next to a bench where public people can come and sit and enjoy the park for the day but the bin is so close to the bench you get a horrid stench all the time of dog s***, can, bottles of beer that has been thrown inside bin on a hot day. The bins need to be relocated at least ten meters away from the park bench so members are public can sit down and enjoy the park especially on school summer holidays why children play. When you smell this horrible stench and you're sitting right next to a public bin you do not want to spend any time in this crap park because of this.
