Caravan with no number plates parked in parking bay

This caravan has been parked here for several weeks and i causing noise pollution and nuisance. It doesn't have number plates and people are living in it. They have a very noisy generator on the street for electricity supply.

    The same caravan that I reported in the summer is now unfortunately back in the exact same spot as of yesterday 30 November. Again the numberplate is registered to a grey fiat and the generator is back running all night causing a nuisance and preventing us from sleeping.

  • The same caravan above is still there and now seems to have been abandoned.

  • The case has been closed due to the vehicle being previously moving, therefore not meeting the criteria of an abandoned vehicle. The case will now be closed for a minimum of 3 months due to the councils abandoned vehicle policy. In the meantime any problems that may occur with the vehicle please contact your housing officer.
