Bins are getting out of hand. AGAIN

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7972323.

The bin men never bother with our flats anymore. Filthy bins overflowing and attracting Flies,Foxes and Even Rats now. It’s getting to the point where the smell is strong. You can smell it whilst close by. You guys say it’ll be sorted but we’re here again.
