People camping under stairs/ramp beside children's play area

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7963923.

They are quiet in the day but make noise and move around at night which keeps me awake and makes me feel unsafe. I've seen them urinating by the steps, rustling through bins and shouting/screaming in the early hours.
