Constant fly tipping continues

Every day there is more fly tipping it’s been going on for months. You need to install CCTV and do something about it. Theres a sign say fly tippers prosecuted. DO SOMETHING. This time we saw 2 people from 35 Monteagle way doing it. We have photos of them
