Been dumped here for months

This car has been dumped here for months, maybe a year. It does not belong to any residents. Please have this removed as it is a numbered residents bay.

    The car has never moved since being dumped here. They have now declared this SORN in a residents bay WHERE THEY DO NOT LIVE!! Please remove this ASAP.
