Razor Wire Along the Top of an Extended Wall

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7925255.

There is a grey wall of a school that has been extended with wood and now with razor wire going along the top until a certain point where it is protruding outwards from a white building. This is extremely dangerous and very concerning.
