Large pacel left outside lift on 9th floor

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7920841.

This pacel is not addressed to anyone on 9th floor its been just outside lift for two days who put the parcel there. the parcel is a fire hazard.
