Unable nto ever charge car because of illegal parking

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7814203.

The EV vehicle only parking bay with lamp post charger outside 160b Bethune road constantly busy with non electric vehicles and the bay is not enforced. I have not been able to charge my car here for weeks. It is never available for charging day or night.
