Speed checker should be speed camera

Reported by Joe Mitchell at 09:29, Fri 26 February 2016

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

I think the vehicle activated speeding sign facing the traffic moving north should be replaced with a speed camera.

Wikipedia suggests there's a 2002 paper by TfL that shows these Vehicle Activated Speed Signs are 'highly effective'... but this one doesn't seem to be. This is a very busy street with several crossings, bus stops, two schools nearby... and as far as I can tell, cars don't slow down for the speed sign. I'm assuming they would if this was replaced by an actual camera.
