Traffic gate left open

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7727318.

The traffic gate is left open every week by bin collection, this leads to speeding through the estate, using it as a race track. I have been threatened and told I will be ‘cut up’ when I challenged them. If this continues a child could get knocked over.
