The intercom not working on floor 4

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7690994.

The intercom is not working, from the outside we cannot ring to come in as the bell doesn't always work and the fob and the exit button also doesn't always work, there is no other way out because the lift is not working. Please see to it ASAP thanks
