Discarded drinks cans once again dumped in Rowley Gardens N4, on the grass near The Finsbury pub.

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7690584.

This problem is ongoing. Previous job reference 7617353. The cans are cleared, by the estate cleaner? Then the drinker comes back on an evening and leaves more cans.Perhaps you need to send someone in the evening to tell the drinker to desist.
