Common area and entrance Paiting Needed!!!!

The common area and the entrance of the building have not been painted probably for decades. I was only allowed to upload 3 pictures. I would like to know when is the next time scheduled to paint this common areas of the building?

    Their opening times are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Fridays – 9am to 5pm and Wednesday – 9am to 4pm.

    They also have an out of office hours number to report emergency repairs to the out of hours team on 02083562300.
