Flat 12 Carlyle House has Pigeons nesting on there balcony. One of which is dead in the corner. These Pigeons are creating a huge problem and nuisance. Flying back and forth pooing there disease all over my balcony which I now can’t go on because of this. One of my neighbours from 4th floor of Carlyle House I think number 42 or 45 has also told me that the neighbour below also has the same problem with pigeons.

Something needs to be done asap. i have osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia and do not have the time nor the energy to be clearing this diseased crap from my balcony every single day.
