I woke to find the red car left on estate this morning. I checked with the police but it wasn't reported stolen or involved in an accident. I don't recognise it as a car belonging to anyone on the estate.

The vehicle looks abandoned as not parked in a parking space. It is blocking vehicles and will impede the refuse vehicle when it comes to collect this week. It has a window open and severely damaged on front passenger side. Could it be removed please.
