The street to the side of Gibson Gardens is attracting a lot of anti-social behaviour

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7576256.

It’s inconclusive who owns this alleyway but it’s recently had a lot of antisocial behaviour. The gate is always unlocked and it’s hidden away from the street. There has been rough sleepers living down there. And people using drugs.
