Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7568949.
The lift keeps breaking, and it takes ages to get fixed each time. Now it started making the noises again, which means its only a matter of time before it stops. last time we waited 4 months for it to get fixed. Please see to it as a matter of urgency.

Its already been weeks on end that the lift is totally not working, and before that it was working on and off all the time, We were told twice that it was going to be fixed, but the dates have come and gone with the lift remains out of service

Alternatively you can contact the repairs team via telephone on 020 8356 3691.
Their opening times are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Fridays – 9am to 5pm and Wednesday – 9am to 4pm.
They also have an out of office hours number to report emergency repairs to the out of hours team on 02083562300.

Please be advised that this is an emergency, as the block has 5 floors and on the upper floor it is extremely difficult to climb up with little children and heavy shopping, besides for being extremely difficult it is also a safety issue as the lobby downstairs is full of buggies and other things (bikes and scooters) which block the entrance
